“The hotel is darling! We had the opportunity to sit by the pool, it was loud due to traffic, but still wonder as the pool is fantastic and the chairs were comfortable. We didn’t have dinner at the Knife, but were able to walk across the street and shop and dine. Overall it’s a 10 out of 10! ”

“Amazing stay. In Dallas for our anniversary weekend. We felt pampered and welcome from the first moment we pulled in to valet the car. Beby at check-in was friendly and helpful. We were able to upgrade to a suite. The hotel staff are friendly and quite accommodating. We felt very welcome and the room was extremely relaxing.”

“We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!”

“The room was clean and luxury. Good location. Fine amenity. Self parking fee is not included and expensive because hotel doesn't have designated parking lot. Only valet parking is available with additional cost.”
