โLove this place. Within easy walking distance of Broadway. The public library, a must visit, is just a block down the street. And the food truck in the parking lot nearby was the perfect late night stop when wandering around from being out on Broadway. ;-)โ
โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โThe property is in a great walkable location. We stayed in the wing with the suites which were spacious with great views. The saltwater pool and outdoor area was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.โ
โSuch a beautiful place to stay! Something for everyone. Close in proximity to everything but also such great staff with many options for ways to enjoy your stay! Definitely will be returning. โ
โWonderful experience. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean and attractive looking. Room was spacious with only one complaint - there was a night table on one side of the bed. Person on side with no table had no light to read in bed or place personal items, e.g. watch, cell phone, glass of water for meds, etc. More annoying, there was plenty of room for a table.
Maybe a small annoyance for overall a wonderful stay.โ
โLoved the pitchers and water stations on each floor. The valet was well staffed with friendly informative staff. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. โ

However, it's cold when the heating lowers the temperature and hot when it rises. It was a bit disappointing that the temperature couldn't be maintained. "
