โThis property was located in a good area even though its not in the heart of the hustle and bustle. I prefer it better to be in walking distance to it all and not in ear distance if you get what I am saying. โ

There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โOne of the best rooms we have stayed in we hike in Nashville. Within walking distance to all attractions. You do not have to mess with getting car and trying to park again. โ
โBeds are super comfortable and the sheets feel like silk. It's safe, convenient and the staff had excellent food recommendations! My only complaint was the elevators were a bit wonky and every other guest we encountered agreed that they'd also had issues with getting it to go where they needed it to go. Otherwise, excellent stay and would absolutely come back and stay again!โ
