“The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!”

“My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“This place was amazing, the rooms were clean, the staff everywhere were incredibly kind, the Bars were all amazing, and the restaurant downstairs was superb. We walked down to Broadway each night so its a fair walking distance to most everything.”

“Paid extra for a deluxe room with river view and the room had an unpleasant odor and the AC didn’t work properly. Amenities and location were great.”
