“Very poor start, got there to see loads of Pay to Park signs. It's at the end of a lane in the middle of nowhere and carpark is in poor condition with large potholes. Staff were friendly, room was ok, great pressure in shower but sadly breakfast was a disappointment, child portions, only one staff member (very friendly) but not able to keep things replenished. Overall, stay was ok but I wouldn't return.”

“Hotel quickly changed the room into a twin from a double upon request when we arrived. Hotel is located within a small shopping mall with some lovely shops, also a good choice of restaurants, a bowling alley and escape room. The hotel has a lovely restaurant where breakfast is served - up on the 5th floor with great views & is a nice bar at night. The bar filled up our water cups with ice and tap water no problem. We booked a Superior Room which included parking in the underground car park...

“I can hear everything through the wall.”

“I stayed here for two nights, and my key card stopped working twice, so I had to go to the reception each time to have it reprogrammed. The worst part was that while I was relaxing in my room, another guest was somehow able to unlock my door with their key card and walked in. They were just as shocked as I was and immediately left. “Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.”

“the bathroom smelled like the pipes to the sewer were not right. the smell was there when i checked in and never went away. they don’t clean corners so there nice rooms are going to age quickly.”

“The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again.”

“Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc”
