The staff literally could not be any friendlier and are a highlight of the stay, very accommodating and go out of their way to help with any needs you may have. “Staff was friendly and accommodating (example: got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before close. No coffee, so she cheerfully made a fresh pot just for us.) Place was clean;everything worked great. Had a nice bench seat outside the room to look at the mountains and relax after several hours of motorcycle riding. I would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again.”

For a very reasonable price, you are close to all the culture of Lenox and the rest of the Berkshires and you have Lake Laurel and October Mountain a short distance away. It's on a main road, so it's very easy to get where you're going, but traffic at night is minimal, so it's easy to get a peaceful rest. “We were hoping to use the pool. It was NOT USABLE DUE TO the WATER BEING CLOUDY. The room had a bleach smell. We were promised a “free breakfast”. Instead, we received a granola bar and orange juice with mandarin orange segments at check in.”
