“Bathrooms have a separate water closet (should be required in all hotels). Breakfast buffet was OK. Good selection. The front desk made this stay. Blaise went out of his way to help us with the reservation: he turned 2 separate one night reservations with diffferent rooms (all that was available) into a contiguous stay in one room. And he was professional and courteous each time we saw him over the weekend. ”

“I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. We are so appreciative to the guest who turned it in and the staff that mailed it!! Thank you so much!! Will be forever grateful!!”

“Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel...

“I stayed at this hotel for one night on our trip to Nashville. This hotel was great for its price. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen, which was a good point for travelers. The front desk representatives were also kind. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I also enjoyed the fitness center, which was not spacious, but had all equipments that I would need. Though we had to move early, if anyone is staying at this hotel longer, then nearby shops and restaurants will come...
