“Great stat love the staff very friendlh helpful had nice small pool outdoor facing rooms which i like. Nice 2 juice hot tea hot cofee muffins and cinnamon bun rolls prepackaged for breakfast. Reserved king smoking, called after reserved two double check King bed was available told it was drove 6 hours only to find out they can give me a king for one of the nights but they needed to have access to the room and paint it the next day so my option was that or staying in a double bed room smoking...

“Check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff and clean, quiet room. Will stay there again.”

“Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. ”

The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. ”

“Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. The only two issues were a musty smell in the room, and the tv had lines in the screen when watching it. Everything else was good. Would stay there again in the future.”

“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”
