“Room was dirty … don’t really notice the extent til we were ready for bed and plugging in chargers etc and see pic … shame on management not seeing this an not double checking staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late ”

“Overall property was above average except my son found three bugs in the room on 2 different nights. Staff was pleasant as I had a medical emergency and they worked with me and my family. Parking was convenient and safe. Pricing was fair and reasonable. ”

“Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.”

“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city.”

“RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”

“View details Room 33l...Our bathroom door didn't close, the headboards were full of dirty handprints and oils, paint on the pictures, a nail sticking out of the ceiling, the circuit breaker door (in our room) was open full of mold, the shower was a joke, you couldn't turn the water on without it flying out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor (water everywhere) or get off the toilet without hitting your body on the towel wrack, the sink vanity was falling apart, the kitchen was filthy, and...

“EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave!...
