โThe staff were courteous and friendly, willing to help. Hotel has a very modern vibe, clean and fresh. Room was spacious with a view to the park and bathroom had all amenities and modern. Close to parks and yes, Powellโs book store too. โ
โWow I love this hotel, we booked a city night view room. That was amazing !!! You can see all the beautiful city view through the room window. That's a very nice experience. The room is extremly clean and the shower room and restroom is seperate so very privancy which is amazing. The shower head is good. I love this hotel and definitely will come back!!!!! And the bar is super nice too!!!โ
โWe thoroughly enjoyed the Heathman Hotel, its location, the recommended restaurant, the Tavern restaurant at the Healthman, access to the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, the valet, everything! It was a treat! Who knew that it was right next door to so many cultural venues, like the Schnitzer and three other performance halls, also a half mile walk from the Keller. We slept great, too. "The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasnโt a bad experience, but Iโll likely try other hotels next time."
