“The bathroom wasn’t clean, the toilet had urine stains on the sides and the shower had soap scums all along the walls. The rooms are very small, not to mention it’s $10 to use the microwave to reheat coffee or anything.”

“If you're on a budget, looking for a laid back beach and/or pool experience, don't mind crossing the street for coffee (!) or asking for water to be placed in your room, then take the plunge! Pros- THE STAFF ARE AMAZING; the view is lovely and THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! Cons- Basic amenities like coffee in the room and complimentary bottled water are missing. Overall- good value for money, despite the shortcomings.”

“Staff were friendly. Breakfast was really good. Location was excellent for University access.”

“Nice place”

“Good things to do nice rooms”

“Overall good.. little rough around the edges tho. Seems like an older property. The bathroom needed a little tcl but for what it was it was fine”

“No pop/snack vending machines, no complementary breakfast, no private balcony(room on 2nd floor and balcony patio shared with everyone along the huge patio. Anyone could walk past and see inside your room) Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and helpful, especially when storing bags until room was ready and when getting in or out of cars. They had a gazebo on the roof that had a great view to take pictures. Overall I would give it an 7.5 out of 10”
