“As advertised. Security was good. There is currently street construction and it was blocked off. It was not clear how to access the building.”

“Super modern and awesome loft, and we highly recommend staying here if you need a cool spot in TJ. Our friends played a show nearby, and it was an easy walk to that, and to restaurants and nightlife. It’s loud inside loft, you can hear all the noise from the street fair/clubs, but it didn’t bother us for sleeping or waking up. We will come back here next time we come to TJ. Thanks.”

“We enjoyed the deck at El Refugio. The beds were also comfortable. Nice location and view of Ensenada. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few really dirty spots (top of glass over stove and top of fridge) where a simple damp sponge would have done wonders. Hot water appliance also failed and was tricky to get hot water. But we were able to contact on-site person and owner and everything resolved to our satisfaction (I was able to take a hot shower).
