“We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”
“Great location and a cute little town. Activity center is nice if you have kids. Gym was closed down. Rooms are a little old. Overall nice hotel for the budget.”
““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””
“No air con, made to wait at check-in, check-in was supposed to be at 15.00, left standing at reception while he went through the back office, then told the room was not ready, coat rack fell off the wall, which I repaired, the rooms could do with air conditioning rather than a tower fan, beds were not the best”
