"I stayed at this hotel for 11 days for this trip and was very happy with both the service and overall setup. The property was very clean, and communication with the front desk was always easy and efficient. The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer along with a full set of kitchen utilities, which made the stay especially convenient. There was also a wide selection of TV channels, including CCTV International (in multiple languages), as well as CNN and ESPN for news and sports. It's easy to access bus stops and short distance to subway. The room is also quiet, which is super nice. "

"I booked the hotel because there is a roof top terrace to see the West Lake. But in fact, the roof top terrace is closed all the time. I was disappointed. But the staff was nice. The room is a bit outdated but clean. "

"I chose the hotel for the location and views. It is situated on the corner of the West Lake, at walking distance to both upscale and local markets and served by underground stations. The front rooms have large windows with lateral view of the lake promenade (ask for a room on the left wing for more scenic views). This was a last minute work & leisure trip with not much preparation. All the staff was very attentive and helpful but concierge Tim stood out, suggesting and booking tours and entertainment to fit my schedule. "

"The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid. "
