"The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is decent, with a shopping mall right next door and several good restaurants and attractions nearby. However, I was disappointed that the beach access was closed due to ongoing construction. This was one of the main reasons I chose this property, and I was not informed about the closure before arriving. Had I known, I may have considered other options. The hotel itself is a bit removed from the main beach areas, but the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I believe guests should be notified in advance about major amenities such as beach access being unavailable."

"Our stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The pools, the atmosphere, and the location were perfect for enjoying Cartagena with our family. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality that made our vacation memorable. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. One thing we would suggest improving is the check-in experience. Since we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we had to wait several hours for our designated suite, even though we were traveling with two small children. It would have been helpful to have a faster solution or a more comfortable arrangement while waiting. Despite that, our overall stay was amazing, and we would gladly return. Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a beautiful hotel with great service, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city."
