"I stayed at the InterContinental Cartagena from May 15–19, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area is magnificent with stunning views overlooking the ocean. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the location was excellent. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, informative, and genuinely helpful. The level of service exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to recognize the concierge team. We were having difficulty getting information and arranging transportation to our next hotel in the Rosario Islands. The concierge went above and beyond to assist us by finding the correct contact information, explaining the transportation process, and helping us make the necessary arrangements. Her assistance relieved a great deal of stress and allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. We are incredibly grateful. We were also celebrating my birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it truly special. Prior to arrival, they accommodated my request for a higher-floor ocean-view room, and upon arrival they upgraded us to an even better room location. "Our stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The pools, the atmosphere, and the location were perfect for enjoying Cartagena with our family. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality that made our vacation memorable. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. One thing we would suggest improving is the check-in experience. Since we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we had to wait several hours for our designated suite, even though we were traveling with two small children. It would have been helpful to have a faster solution or a more comfortable arrangement while waiting. Despite that, our overall stay was amazing, and we would gladly return. Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a beautiful hotel with great service, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city."
