"The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, and our overall stay was wonderful. However, the condition of the pool was disappointing. Many of the pool tiles were coming loose, and it appeared that caulk was being used as a temporary fix. Unfortunately, the caulk ended up all over guests' bathing suits, including ours.
What was even more concerning was that it was getting on the children while they were swimming and playing. It stuck to their hands and hair, and from there ended up on their faces and foreheads. We noticed numerous other guests around the pool experiencing the same issue and covered in the residue.
I truly hope we're able to remove it from our swimsuits and clothing once we get home. While we enjoyed our stay, this issue definitely took away from the pool experience and seems like something that should be addressed promptly for the safety and comfort of guests."
