"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Bondo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The receptionist gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt at home. The rooftop bar was one of our favorite spots—the atmosphere was amazing, and the ladies who served us were truly incredible. They were always smiling, friendly, and patient. Even though I only speak English, I wanted to practice my Spanish while visiting Colombia, and they kindly helped teach me along the way. It made the experience even more special! The beach directly across the street was beautiful, and the locals were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. The hotel’s location was perfect—just five minutes from downtown, making it convenient to explore everything Cartagena has to offer. To top it all off, when our flight was delayed, the hotel graciously allowed us a complimentary late checkout, which we truly appreciated. That level of hospitality speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t recommend Bondo highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I stayed in the Deluxe Junior Suite at Mood Matuna Hotel and overall had a very good experience. The room was very spacious, and the tub really complemented the room and gave it a nice relaxing feel. When I first arrived, I opened the shades and noticed the window was cracked. I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room without any hassle. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was fairly decent. The hotel also has a functional gym, which was a nice bonus if you want to get a quick workout in during your stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a busy street, so there can be traffic noise outside at night. That said, the building itself was quiet. One minor inconvenience was that the hotel didn’t provide shower rags (washcloths), so keep that in mind if that’s something you prefer to use. Side note: The hotel has a pretty strict guest policy. If you plan on having a guest visit during your stay, make sure they’re registered before you check in to avoid any issues. Overall, I think the hotel offers decent value for the price. Between the spacious room, good service, functional amenities, and convenient location, I’d definitely consider staying here for a short stay."
