"We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo."

I did not hear their conversation but there must have been some issue that kept them from finalizing their bill. It was about 10 minutes before another clerk came to help at the desk. "
