"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements.
I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."
