"The staff were friendly, the property is average but for a 3 star accomodation it’s meets the standard and expectations. There’s heaps of Ants around maybe the property could do something about that. Overall, I recommend this hotel . We only stayed here for 3 nights. I am not sure what it’s like for long stay. "

"Staff are very accommodating and cost- friendly stay budget hotel. Strong wifi. Food is ok if you are not picky. Fairly clean but there’s an intermittent foul odor we dont know where it was coming from. We stayed in the lower ground/ basement roomPillows and towels may need a little bit of changing or deep cleaning bit smelly frim other users maybe. Overall, this hotel will give you a well-deserved rest in the night after a long day full of activities. Not a grand staycation you are looking...

"We were transferred to a better room than the first. Incomplete kitchen amenities.. Staff are friendly but unreliable. Our room was never cleaned for the whole duration. Simple requests were never attended to. Wifi on & off. "

On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. "I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."
