“Staff stated that they sprayed the building to kill the roaches, but brought the roaches out. Building needs to be knocked down and remodel”

“View”

“Staff was helpful but the overall appearance, cleanliness, and story wise was horrible. Poor place needs to be bulldozed ! Carpets are torn and nasty, paint on the walls don’t match, holes and spackle , tub was creaking when in use, headboards with horrible scary stains, beds and pillows were old and unable. People smoking on the 3rd floor rooms, towels were rough and thin. Moldy caulking , dirty vents and broken ptac machines. Breakfast was good. Kids loud and running around with out parents...

“Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast”

“아침식사 좋았어요 깨끗한 호텔임”

“The property is in a remodel. But it was clean and organized. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. The lady helping did not speak very good English.”

“I liked everything but having to pay for breakfast and parking. As much as the room cost all that should be included.”

“My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

“100% nicer than the Hampton down the street”

“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“The light in the bathroom went out. Had to shower in the dark. Staff didn't fix it in the two night stay and I wasn't offered a discount or apologies. Disappointed.”
