"This hotel is just fine. Let me explain. If you are coming from out of town you are not suppose to be cooped up in that room anyways. It is in a perfect location close to plenty of food and stores. The deposit is only $100 and parking was $10 a night for the garage which in my opinion is reasonable. There’s not a lot of chain hotels in Los Angeles to begin with and the ones that are there are going to charge an arm and a leg."

"The location is perfect, it’s about 3-4 streets away to the beach. Nice walk down and not too bad coming back up. Lots of walking distance places to eat and pick up small necessities. There was a single AC wall unit in the living room which was very helpful but it took a few hours to cool off the unit. The decor and furniture are dated, not very comfy seating or beds. They didn’t sink in but they were very hard. The patio furniture were the basic plastic chairs one of which broke on us. Only one burner worked which made meal prep longer than normal but we made it work. They do have an ice machine near the pool which was a short walk but very nice to have. There was also an outside rinse station which was great to get the sand off. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was good the perks offset the flaws.**parking is very narrow under the buildings more compact or small SUV friendly** there is a larger lot adjacent to the property office."
