“Bug inside, big space between the wall and the door, no phone to the front, no lobby, no shampoo, no soap, no box of tissue. Cleaning was terrible, bed condition was terrible, too. No elevatorand no bottle of water. I have taken pictures of the bug and other dirty stuff. The shower was terrible, too. when i asked them to check in two hours earler, they asked 30 dollars and i gave thirty dollars in cash. I waited out side sweating while cleaning lady was doing poor job. The door, was hard to...

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights on September 30 and October 1. The experience on the first day was good. But the problem occurred on the second day. When I came back to the hotel on the second evening, the room was not cleaned at all. The towels were not replaced at all. When I asked the reception, I heard that I would have to pay an additional 5 dollars to clean it. I didn't get any advice beforehand. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope everyone else will be aware of this.”

“Parking was easy and included. Location is amazing. Price was reasonable for the area. Service was friendly and efficient. Floors are a bit beat up but perfectly serviceable and clean. Very central to Newport and Huntington Beach. ”
