“I've stayed here in the past and enjoyed the hotel. But the cleanliness has gone downhill. Probably won't stay here again.”

“Lovely place to stay. Only complaint was the one queen bed was too close to the air/heater and you could not get out of bed on that side.”

“They have one of the best restaurants in Traverse City but on the expensive side, if I would of new earlier I would of ate there but we already made plans for all the days up there with are friends' and family. The Management team was excellent! We had a small issue and they took care of right away. The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. The pool could of been deeper and longer for swimming but good for kids. Great parking and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. They have a nice bar...

“It is in a very convenient location. Clean rooms and a nice staff. My favorite place when I am staying for work in TC”

“Clean room, great staff awesome experience”

“객실은 깨끗했어요 욕실과 화장실이 좀 작았지만 사용하는데 적당하고 청결했음 객실 바닥이 카펫이아니어서 냄새도없고 쾌적했음 에어컨 소리도 적당히 작았음”

“Great stay, peaceful hotel, in a great area. I enjoyed the large TV and bathrooms.”

“The Suite was better than I realized! Everything was great, though I would recommend better labeling the parking lot on the street view. It is very hard to make out at night or with rainy weather. Other than that would definitely stay here again!!”
