"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."
