Disliked: Cleanliness
Check in staff is good. However the housekeeping could be better. The bath towels were always not enough for the number of pax we booked for the room. Should be more attentive to the number of guests and items they provide inside the room.
It was a pleasant stay in Hilton Beijing. The check in is smooth and pleased as the front desk lady Lisa is very helpful and nice. Room is clean and spacious although a little outdated The housekeeper Lixia Liu is extremely helpful and doing cleaning so well . Overall very satisfied with the service of Hilton Hotel and definitely will stay again next time!
I had a really lovely stay. The check-in process was smooth, housekeeping excellent, breakfast service great, although the chefs at the egg station were always unpleasant. Others on breakfast service were very warm and friendly. Check-out was also smoooth and the agents pleasant.
Brian is amazing at Hilton Beijing. He is very professional, kind, and helped me a great through throughout my stay. Brian made my day today and I would love to stay here again given amazing service.
Stayed for a week with my family in June 2025 (35 celcius outdoor temperature), was slightly concern based on other review that I've read, but was really glad the stay turn out really well.
All in all, no issue with the room itself - all was good.
Breakfast, the quality is great, but it does get boring after a few days - the menu pretty much doesn't change except maybe a few extra items on weekend.
Location wise, may not be the best place for tourist, but peaceful & quiet despite beside the ever busy 3rd ring room, it was quite ok!
Very quick and decent check-in service. Concierge manager Harry is vey nice and kind person to help us organize all stuff like delivery, luggage storage and calling taxi. We highly recommend staying at Hilton Beijing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful at Beijing Hilton. Especially Serina and Bart, they helped me with printing at the middle of night when there was no printing shop open. I really appreciate that! The only thing I think can be improved is that I hope there is more authentic Chinese food for breakfast.
We stayed here for four days and three nights and we went to the U.S. Consulate for a visa interview. The location is quite convenient, only a 5-8 minute walk to the consulate. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options, including both American and Chinese dishes.
Additionally, a special thanks to Cindy Lv, who went above and beyond to help my dump boyfriend printing numerous documents. Cindy was extremely patient and helpful, and we truly appreciate the assistance.
I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Trainee Cindy Lv for the outstanding service and support he provided to my parents. Cindy Lv assisted them with check-in and patiently answered all their questions. They couldn’t have been happier with their stay. Cindy was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. I’m truly grateful for his help in making my parents’ experience such a pleasant one.
Since my phone wasn’t compatible with WeChat or Alipay, I faced some challenges during my stay in China. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly helpful. Ella went out of her way to assist me—she walked with me to the food pickup spot, used her own phone, and helped retrieve a delivery ordered by my daughter, who was staying at Tsinghua University.
On another occasion, when my daughter’s WeChat account ran out of funds, Harry Sun helped us withdraw cash from the hotel ATM and reload the account. He also arranged our trip to the Great Wall of China, booking a car and giving us great tips—like leaving early to avoid traffic and returning by early afternoon.
The restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
