โMax and Ursula were excellent hosts who made me feel really welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was really comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The Sunflower Lodge was in a great location and within walking distance of the centre and less than a 10 minute walk to North Pier! I would definitely stay here again!โ
โMy sister and I stayed in room 1 and it was so quiet, very clean and cosy and beds were really comfy, Steve and tony the owners were very welcoming and very friendly and chatty. They thought of everything - robes and slippers, make up wipes cotton wool, bottled water, yummy homemade cookies, chocolate on pillow. โA beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and weโre not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. โThis is a cosy cottage in a lovely quiet location. There is a private courtyard with outdoor seating where we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine after a walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided us with information on walks, grocery shops, places to eat etc. I would definitely recommend going to this cottage.โ
โExcellent experience staying in this house! Great, quiet location and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well-organised with lots of different amenities provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. I also appreciated the selection of books and DVDs in the living room which come in handy on a rainy afternoon. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay!โ
โIt was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. โ
