“Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean.”

“The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!”

“Nice big clean room ..however ..most uncomfortable beds. They need replacing ..the creaking noises were horrendous..only way to stop this was to sleep upside down in the bed..not good. View was fantastic Hotel decor could do with a spruce up. Staff were fabulous”

“Good hotel. Rooms need updating especially bathrooms. Bedroom clean but bathroom had a lot of rust and mould. Very large bedrooms with large balcony and great views. Breakfast choice really good. Evening meal quite repetitive but can always find something to eat. Pool areas clean, big and modern. ”

“A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. ”

“The room was a big disappointment. I have stayed here twice before and never had a problem. It felt unclean, the toilet was blocked on arrival at midnight and we called the maintenance man twice over the next 2 days. Nightmare! Definitely needs a bit of a refurb! ”
