"The location and price is great . Using your room to have electricity is horrible . Your room is always hot and uncomfortable temperature when you return . They have Ac set at temp and timers that can not be adjusted. The rooms are spacious and clean . Thhe whole part of having to use room key to get electricity is NOT IT . NO fun walking into hot and stuffy room . Shows how cheap the owners are . Love the Hotel for location and safety . "

"Nice big suite. Clean hotel. Different shops and cafes nearby. Friendly staff. But. Sometimes elevators didn’t work, we were waiting for them for a long time. Difficult system with coupons for the breakfast. Not enough healthy food for breakfast. The shower only works with strong pressure. It wasn't always easy to open the blinds in the room."

"The food, overall, was very good and the prices were reasonable. The service at the restaurant, however, leaves a great deal to be desired. On several occasions I had to get up and ask for a menu and/or to order something, because no one came to my table for 10-15 minutes. This is when there was barely anyone else in the restaurant, so it is not because they were swamped. One other thing that would improve this hotel is if they had a water tank in the lobby, with filtered water, since we know that tap water in Mexico is not safe. I never buy bottled water unless it is 100% necessary. Having a safe water source in the lobby would be very helpful and would reduce the use of plastic water bottles."
