"Primero que nada, el personal fue de lo mas amable durante nuestra estancia. Prepararon una sorpresa romantica junto con mi pareja y fue de lo mejor, muy bien ejecutado y con mucho detalle. La habitación estuvo muy agradable, limpia, y la cama bastante comoda. Also que tomar nota, el hotel esta ubicado en una calle bastante transitada asi que en la noche hay mucho ruido recomiendo usar tapones para dormir. El baño muy comodo con una regadera grande y moderna, las batas fueron un buen detalle. Mi único comentario seria el aire acondicionado, nunca se prendio durante nuestra estancia y los dias si estuvieron calientes. Lo platicamos con el personal y nos aseguraban que lo solucionaban pero nunca prendio y en las noches se puso incomodo con el calor y la humedad. De ahi en fuera nos encanto este hotel."

"Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel."

"The hotel is in a very good location and very walkable to almost everything. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel itself is a little outdated. So, if you're looking for fancy this is not the place for you. The toilet and sink could use replacements. The also required the submission of your ID for what should be standard: iron, AC remote, etc. I would stay again. The good outweigh the bad."
