"Overall, this was a nice place to stay that is 5mins away from NB and the beach. Property was nice and clean, bathroom was large and room was comfortable. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned by staff during our 3 night stay. Coming back to the room at the end of the day to an unmade bed and unserviced room was disappointing."

"We had a comfortable stay at the Furness Mansion. Very close to Indiana Dunes National Park and also nearby points of interest. The unit is spacious with free use of washer & dryer located at the entrance of the building. The only thing negative is the response time from the hosts. I sent a couple of messages and never received a response. My inquiries were not critical but a simple response would have been nice as a courtesy."

"Good value for this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage as well as waffles and cold items. Not too far of I-94 so it was much less expensive to stay in Michigan City than closer to Chicago."
