โAudrey et William ont vraiment le sens de l'accueil chaleureux et sont aux petits soins avec leurs visiteurs. Le Chalet est douillet, confortable, trรจs fonctionnel, tout y est et dans un รฉtat impeccable. Et les prรฉparations culinaires sont copieuses, soignรฉes, et dรฉlicieuses. Excelllente halte dans un dรฉcor reposant.โ
โGreat renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better.โ
โThe accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. Our room even had a balcony over looking one of the main streets below. Overall we were very pleased with the facility โ
โEnjoyed the proximity to the religious sites without being in the pilgrimage hotel area. It also worked out well coming from the train station to drop our luggage there and picking it back up on our way back out.โ
