You can tell the place is well managed and that attention to detail really matters. The staff also deserve a special mention polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. “We stayed in late April when the main building was not yet open. The room was was very clean, heating and hot water worked perfectly. The onsite market is convenient for morning coffee and lounging. The staff have recommended some restaurants and a seafood market that turned out very good.”

“A lot of hidden fees and things that were listed as free amenities ended up costing extra. Pictures on the website made the space seem different than it really was.”

“The hotel was clean and in a great spot. The staff was helpful. I was disappointed in some of the tech. You are asked to text to retrieve your car. Our car was “not recognized by the system”. We also were unable to cast to the TV in our room with a streaming app. The service kept on recognizing an adjacent room. We called the helpline but they could not resolve the issue. ”

“We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟”

“Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit. ”
