"Clean room, good amenities, easy parking, staff were helpful, breakfast was decent and affordable.
Convenience store and laundry on site.
Work area, restaurant, bar, and coffee shop on site.
Overall a cool place to stay.
You can drive to Phoenix Resort and use their pool with your room key."
"There is a large area to provide 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and the counter services is so good. but there is lack of cooking tools, whatever you want to boiling eggs or something easy cooking........"
"I stayed for 4 nights for Ole trails to cover 21, 1, 1-1, 2 and 3 as a base. I believe that this hotel is the most cleanest hotel that i have experienced. There is no shops / restaurants nearby, but there is small shop inside hotel that you can buy. I recommend this hotel highly. The local name of this hotel is actually T resort not HT resort."
"Other reviews are not wrong that the carpet in the Halls are stained, but the rooms are clean and spacious. It is in a nice quiet spot of the beach so you can enjoy everything about the beach without the noise. I would and am planning on staying here again. I would recommend paying extra for ocean view as the city view is not exciting at all, although it is nice to have a balcony to drink coffee on. A taxi to and from the airport is only $12-$18 depending on traffic and busses run in this area regularly. Housekeeping works hard. The rooms don't have carpet so housekeeping has to clean up every smudge on the floor. There are cosmetic blemishes, which you can expect from the age of the hotel. The complaint that there is no outlet by the bed is wrong. Pull the bed forward and there is an outlet. I enjoyed the deep soak tub. Lots of good restaurants nearby."
"The room was pretty clean and cozy. Heater + AC were both available as you need the heater when you walk out in the cold weather. IT is pretty cold in May for someone used to Indian summer.
I stayed 2 days here and had a great time. Breakfast was good, lot of egg based items in menu for someone who doesn't eat bacon or pork. Front desk is not extremely english fluent, but if you ask for someone, they do have other helpers who can step in and are decent in making a conversation and helping you. During my stay I believe on May 4, I had planned to go to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), but unfortunately they couldn't find a taxi as it was almost 10+kms away. While we were almost sure our day plans were shattered, the property owner gave us a personal drop to the place and since it was a tourist spot we would have no problem in finding back a return taxi. I felt it was extremely impressive for the property mgmt in helping me and my family out. Also there is a CU store hardly 200 mts from the place, so your are taken care of for some essentials whenever you need it.
Definitely, vote as a top place to stay over. Unfortunately Jeju shuts down mostly by 7 PM, so everyone needs to prepare well to ensure you plan dinner early enough, especially if you are vegan."
"This Jeju Island hotel is a gem from the moment we arrived - quick check-in, the scrumptious meals in the on-site restaurants, and over-the-top customer service at every turn. The Haevichi will be our top hotel for a return to Jeju."
