I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. "It feels remote but it was only a short drive (or walk) to the beach. Also only 15min drive to the Sunrise Peak (Seongsan Ilchubong) which motivated us to go watch the sunrise! The villa was clean, spacious, quiet, we had slight trouble with directions (would be easier if driving in from the coastal drive). Otherwise I would happily stay here again!"
