โA truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. โ
โSpacious room, private balcony, great service, beautiful food, warm swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, steam room and sauna. Sandemans cosy and luxurious, 1892 restaurant with stunning views of river, trees and hills beyondโ
โThe hotel was excellent with comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with an array of choices.
The restaurant served the most amazing Indian food that my wife and I have ever tasted.
Variety of wine was great but the Gin and whisky choices was out of this world.
Finally all the staff could not be more helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
We will be back.โ
โโI stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didnโt find much value in the experience.โโ
โAlways like Moness, the outside area is always lovely. The bar, pool and our room was first class. However breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. It wouldn't pur me off going back. ๐โ
