"Staff was at the desk to greet us, we did a pre check in that was supplied by email, so easy! Our room was better than expected and very clean thank you! Cold night so we switched the air con on to a moderate but comfortable temperature, awesome!"

"The computer system for the entire company was down when we tried to check in so it took three hours to make it into our room. Front of house staff were under lot of pressure and handled it with grace and professionalism. The rooms and facilities were excellent."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was comfortable and we had adjoining rooms with our friends as requested. Great location for the Greengate Hotel where we were attending a function. The added bonus of having breakfast included was welcome. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The morning staff didn't greet anyone sitting down for breakfast nor were we asked our room numbers. Although the restaurant was a lovely room our dinner was disappointing. I sent back two of our four meals. We ordered two Wagyu steaks which were like leather. I spoke to the chef and he offered to replace our two meals with another choice. I specified a small amount of chili on my pasta but it was still too hot. Our other two meals of chicken schnitzel were overcooked. This needs to improve. Overall I'd stay again but not eat at the restaurant."
