“There is absolutely no handicapped parking on the property. Neither I or husband can walk 10 ft, yet there was no place to park close to our room and had to walk about 12 cars away from our room. Staff said they would tow away our vehicle if we parked in a dead end area of parking lot at 10pm at night and leaving at 6am in morning. Staff was rude and hateful, with no compassion for 2 elderly handicapped people.”
