"Hotel is dated but very clean with nice indoor & outdoor pool. Professional courteous staff. Room was serviced every day. Restaurant on site not owned by hotel has $10 breakfast buffet if reservations paid one day prior, otherwise $12. Much much much better breakfast for similar price at log cabin pancake house very close walking distance to hotel. Approx .5 mile walk to downtown from hotel. Located 3 minutes from Roaring Fork motor trail, our favorite 5 mile scenic drive in the area!"

"The location was great and we really enjoyed visiting the near-by galleries and river walk. The staff was very helpful and notified us via text when we left something in the room at check-out. We will stay here again on our next visit to Asheville."
