"A nice hotel in Fisherman's Wharf area. I especially liked the complimentary EV charging which helped against the large valet charge. The first night the car was only charged an additional 20 miles so I asked the valet man to do a full charge before our next day check out which he did. This was greatly appreciated. After the first day cleaning, there was no additional coffee packets provided so I had to hunt down a maid. She gave me the coffee but no additional cups or sugar/creamer packets. I needed change for a $20 and at first, front desk said they thought they couldn't help but did track down someone who was able to make it happen. So some small issues but overall, staff friendly and helpful."

"Rooms weren't the cleanest, and soundproofing was pretty abysmal. However, it's decent if you're looking for a cheaper stay in San Francisco. I would avoid this area as a solo female traveler!"
