"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
1* hotel!!!!"
"Very nice resort, friendly staff, very helpful. However the room we were given which was supposed to be sea view, was harsly that it was next to the kids swimming pool and was noisy"
"Staff is so helpful and location is great. My only doubt is since the beach area is limited, it is not easy to find beach bed and beach area is crowded. "
"This resort was very impressive! The details and class in the design and the little touches , from the beautiful views accessed through corridors to the stunning layout of the pool and restaurant, everyone in our group were blown away!!"
"Had a lovely 3-night stay at La Baranda. The all-inclusive options were great with plenty of food variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families."
