"First room they put us in smelled badly like smoke. Cigarette butts everywhere in parking lot, shower was in terrible need of repair, grout and caulking was terrible looking , shower faucet leaked, very old and shabby rooms. It looked nothing like the pictures, would not stay there again."

"Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again . "
