"Stayed at a property booked through Expedia and found a noticeable number of ants in the room (around 30–40). Some even made its way on to the bed. This made the space uncomfortable and impacted the stay. The issue was reported, and a partial refund of $32.42 was provided, but it did not reflect the overall experience."

"Nice, bright lobby with nice areas to sit and read. Clean throughout the hotel though, despite staying a week, they never once came to clean our room; not a big deal but it would have been nice. Food was pretty good but ridiculously priced: 2 salads with protein & no alcohol =$80. None of the 4 EV chargers worked for most of the week despite raising this immediately with staff. A bit frustrating all in all."
