โBeautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. โ
โWe booked for an overnight stay to attend a concert at Tanglewood and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price; clean, large, updated, comfy. Great value!โ
โThis motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. โ
โVery nice place. Quiet. The breakfasts are included and are upscale with excellent staff service.
Unless you are young and don't care, make sure you get a ground floor room - the upstairs rooms require a walk up a large staircase, and are inconvenient.

โLovely staff and cozy ambience. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was all homemade and delicious! Enjoyed the fireplaces and musicians in the pub at night. Beautiful setting with the front porches, and lots of places to unwind. โ
โRead reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here againโ
