“The microwave doesn’t work properly,Although staff were polite and helpful”

“I traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes just to stay here with my granddaughter and we had the best time here. The warm indoor pool and hot tub were her favorite. I slept like a queen and she slept like a princess. There was not a single noise. The morning free breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, the cook was so nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and stay here again.”

“The staff were friendly, and the location was good, making transportation convenient. The facilities were also clean”

“Great”

“Minor details: 1. Unable to use safe, battery was probably dead. Never called since we had a short stay. 2. Never had to use the phone, but the room number on it was one digit off from our room. Plus side: Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was quiet.”

“This is a big hotel - and it was loud at night. The people above us stomped around until well after midnight. There were no plates or utensils in the room, but there were appliances. The TV remote did not work well, and the hair dryer didn’t work at all. At least the front desk had a new hair dryer for us, once we walked down to get it. There were some seedy looking folks wandering around the parking lot, so I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with a group. Nice that they have breakfast...

“Me and my family ( wife, and 4 kids) where woken up at 2:30 in the morning by police officers pounding on our door, (waking up my 2 and 7 year old) the complaint was that we were being to loud. That this was the six complaint the front desk had received, I was unaware of the 1st complaint let alone 6. then accused me of having one of the hotel employees in our room and told us if they had to come back we would be escorted off the premises. So thank you Rebeca ( the front desk lady) for being...

“Other than there being crumbs on the dresser right in front of the TV and different sizes of hair on one of the beds, it was fine.”

“We loved this hotels”

“The people at the front desk weren’t very helpful and after my first day, I stopped by the front desk to ask them about getting some clean towels and they said that I had to notify them before 9 o’clock to get room service on that day, but they didn’t tell me that when I checked in. The people working the front desk were little below average as far as being nice and helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about eight months ago and it has gone downhill since then. It appeared to me that they...
