"This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport and cruise terminal. They provide a free shuttle to/from the airport and it is a short distance to the cruise terminal. Breakfast is also included. "

"The airport shuttle was a complete mess, 1 shuttle van was not running and the one that was, the back hatch was broken so all the luggage was stacked on the front seats.We had to call the hotel 4 times and were given conflicting information. We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Check in was extremely slow and the clerk was not very hospitable, acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I was not offered my greeting bag for being a rewards member! We were only given 1 door card and were not asked if we wanted 2. The room itself was pretty clean and comfortable. For the price we paid and the chain of hotel, this location was sub par."
