“When travelling with a car, this hotel is a great value for the price. Simple but good selection of breakfast, spacious room with comfy bed. Also serves a good quality food and drinks at the bar. ”

“Lovely room with view of the lake, iron & ironing board, coffee machine and kettle were much appreciated. Didn’t have breakfast but it was reasonably priced. Free parking and plenty of space, felt safe.”

“It was fine throughout”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago.

“Had a great overnight stay. Lovely room with view on golf course. Nice to have bath with separate shower. Reception team very kind and helpful as were the staff in Roosters restaurant and the breakfast room. I took advantage of the nearby included gym and pool (12 min drive or the hotel also has a free bookable shuttle). All in all I was very impressed.”
