"Clean room. Everything you need in a hotel room. Pool situation is annoying, went in the evening too book but was told to just come down in the morning before 9am and it be okay. Arrive at to swim at 8:30 and was told we should of booked, explained we tried to last night and was told last night it be okay but was told no you have to come down at 6am to book for rhe day, you cant do it the night before.. and the "sauramraium was not hot" as thw door was faultly and did not shut. It was also annoying that they decied to replace thw hallway carpet during our stay with no prior notice/warning. so was awoken early 2 out of the 3 mornings to building work and met wirh carpet dust when leaving."

"Does what it says on the tin: Clean, simple rooms, well appointed, friendly check in. No iron or ironing board. Shuttle to T2/3 and T5. 20 quid by taxi from T3. You do go past several other big hotels to get there from T3"

"Basic hotel and room but for the price you can’t go wrong. Suitable for a night stay before a flight "

"The staff didnt mention anything about a shuttle, I took the bus to the airport. Two of the first buses didnt even stop for me. The staff put me in the accessible room as I refused to stay in tbe ground floor as a solo female traveler. The accessible room wasnt fit for purpose, the sink was bascially ontop of the toilet, i dont see how a wheelchair user or someone with limited mobility would be able to freely move. There was some sticky residue on the bedside menu, there was trash behind the same bedsiee table. The only good thing about this place is the convience to get to the airport. "

"This hotel is very dated and needs some TLC. Staff were very nice and accomdating. They have a private transfer to the airport for 21 GPP vs the Hop on Bus at $7 GBP/person and will drop you off in front of the terminal. We liked that feature."

"Easy access to all public transport. No need for hotel hoppa as the localbus stops right outside for a lower cost direct from T5. "
