“We get together with our high school friends once, maybe twice a year., since 1979. A city couple and a country couple. Your Lodge was perfect, we had our own rooms, a gas fireplace living room aith a leather couch, another room was well-lighted, free coffee and tea, snacks available. It's an open floor plaln with game tables, puzzles, backgammon, cards, etc. VERY COMFORTABLE. “It was amazing to stay at this farm that was built in the 1760's. We loved the exposed beams in our room. The owner was vety friendly. The breakfast was great. We liked the location near Stowe.”

“Very nice place to stay. They conditioned the place to have an entry were you can boot up and leave your skies to dry too. In general, it was a good place to stay as a couple with 2 kids. For more adults, it would be a challenge. Beds were quite hard. They have a lot of utensils, china and silverware. The Bridges also has a shuttle to go to the mountain (so you can leave your car parked). EV charges avaiable. ”

Although all the places we stayed were all very nice - none of them left us with the feeling of home away from home like MRL did.
