히터팬은 고쳐야...
다른 대부분은 만족스러운데 히터의 팬 노이즈가 엄청나서 잠들수가없어서 결국은 히터를 끄고잤네요. 추운지방이라 이점은 시정됬으면 좋겠네요.

Unpleasant experience
Michelle at the front desk kept us waiting even though our room was ready. We had to watch other people check in and go to their rooms even though we arrived first. We couldn't go anywhere else because it was raining and we were the only ones left in the lobby. I approached her again and asked if our room was not still ready and then she gave us the key. I knew the room number she had given me in advance, so I went myself and confirmed that the room was ready, but she didn't tell me before I asked. I hope she didn't treat us like that because we were the only Asian at the time. It was a very unpleasant feeling. I was travelling with two children and it was very difficult to explain why we should remain alone in the lobby.

No water in the room on the last day. Could not take shower, even worse, toilet did not work. Never imagined we could not take shower in BW Plus. Very unpleasant experience

Loved everything about our stay here. Excellent location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops and horseback riding. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with many options.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Largest free breakfast provided free of charge.

They allowed us to check in early when we got to the hotel earlier than expected. Breakfast was great (huge buffet options). Go over to Ruby's for dinner (across the street - part of the same hotel group). It's amazing and very well priced!

Clean and comfortable, but it would be very nice to have seating in the dining area - with coffee - in the wee hours. My wife wakes VERY early and likes to sit and sip coffee and read - at a table. This hotel does not have that, and for breakfast, they have someone checking off the rooms. Is there really a population of locals who sneak in for breakfast? The fellow checking the room numbers off is very pleasant, but I don't understand why the hotel has that system. Ruby's seems to own the entire town - so if someone DID sneak in, are they really losing much? The experience was good enough - but we had just come from the Hampton Inn for our visit to Zion National Park and it was a much nicer place.

Had to visit the front desk 3 times to replace the keycards that would stop working. Staff gave us wrong information. Dryer ran for an hour and left our clothes soaking wet.

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was great--staff in the breakfast room were kind, helpful, quickly cleaning up. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.
