Inmejorable forma de visitar Buenos Aires! Excelente el trato del personal, cuidando todos los detalles siempre. Excelente la calidad de comida para la cena en Elena, el desayuno buffet sencillamente delicioso con mucha variedad. Instalaciones muy cuidadas en excelente ubicación. Cama y almohadas deliciosas. Viaje para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros. Recomendados

Un autentico robo.
Un robo a mano armada. El precio de la habitación pactada en el checkin me lo duplicaron a la hora de hacer el checkout. Pequeña sorpresa sin argumento ninguno mas wue a los demas huespedes que habian salido el mismo dia le habian hecho lo mismo. Imposible hablar con algun gerente o administrador. No hubo mas comunicación pese a expresar y presentar mi desacuerdo

Hotel fraco diante do nome Four Seasons
Para um hotel com a chancela Four Seasons, esse de Buenos Aires é bem mediano. O quarto é confortável, mas não surpreende, especialmente quando comparamos com outros hotéis da rede que possuem mimos e amenities bem legais para os hóspedes. Nosso quarto era de uma categoria intermediária, e tinha cheiro de churrasco no hall o tempo todo, provavelmente pela exaustão dos restaurantes no térreo. Por falar em restaurantes, esse talvez seja o ponto principal, pois são excelentes!

The hotel staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. It was very conveniently located with lots of sites close by. The hotel was included incredibly comfortable. I will return the next time I come to Buenos Aires.

Hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated that they gave me a two hour late check out for free. Building itself though is unfortunately many years past when it would have needed a complete remodeling. Very worn out in many places which becomes evident as soon as you get into the elevator to go to your room. Surprising for a Four Seasons especially one that charges top dollar but I think it has more to do with the bad state of the Argentine economy.

Fine experience, but not on par with other FS
The property is very dated. Staff was accommodating, but not the over the top service you expect at a Four Seasons. Also the restaurant and bar have very strange hours (i.e. the bar is closed until 5pm on Saturday and the restaurant closes by mid afternoon, so there's nowhere to sit and have a drink during those times). The pool area is fine, but there's no bar or drink service either. This is a good hotel for a business trip, but would not recommend it for leisure.

A lot of noise in the room ( a very very problem ) all the phone rings in the side rooms …... the doors … people walking outside of the rooms , not normal . Some confusion between concierge… restaurant hostess for the reservation . My personal point of view is a concierges not with experience very limited . The property is fine but the four season manner is not present in the building . Thanks

Woken up at 4 AM by music from another room. Music replaced by loud voices, doors opening and closing. By 5:30 AM, had to request another room. Front desk was difficult, tried to get me to pay for another room. Following my protests, moved down hall after 5:30 AM. Later had to request full move to another room. Hotel did absolutely NOTHING, not even a kind gesture, to acknowledge the horrible experience I had. Four Seasons was not a peaceful or luxurious experience, such a disappointment with the brand.

Consistently great hotel chain. The concierge service were outstanding especially Rocio and Angeles. But truly, everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful.

Very good
I really love Four Seasons hotels. In Buenos Aires, Four Seasons is amazing, as always, but the making up room before sleeping. It was the only Four Seasons that they haven’t prepared the room before sleep, It’s a nice touch that I like it. We’ve expected 2 nights. Because nobody has showed up the previous nights, in the last one, we put the sign “not disturb” and suddenly someone put a message under the door saying that they won’t prepare the room to sleep because of the sign. For me, it haven’t seemed coincidence.
